TL;DR: Yes — the TCL T7 Series 55T7 55″ 4K Smart Google TV is down to $400, and it headlines a week of aggressive TV pricing that also includes Best Buy open-box markdowns of up to 60% off and Costco sets starting at $330. Shoppers who don’t need the absolute newest model can save hundreds by mixing open-box and warehouse deals.

- TCL T7 Series 55T7 55″ 4K Smart Google TV — $400. The headline offer: a mid-size 4K Google TV at a budget-friendly price.
- TCL QM8L Series 75QM8L 75″ 4K Smart Google TV — $1,544. A big-screen step up for shoppers chasing a 75-inch panel without flagship pricing.

Why the 55-Inch TCL Stands Out
At $400, the 55T7 sits in the sweet spot where picture quality, smart features, and price overlap. Google TV built in means no extra streaming stick, and 4K resolution keeps it future-proof for years of everyday viewing. Compared with the $1,544 75-inch QM8L, it’s a reminder that size isn’t everything — the smaller set delivers the core experience for a fraction of the outlay.

Saving Tip
Before buying, check whether an open-box unit of the same model is in stock at your local Best Buy. Open-box pricing can undercut even a strong sale price, and you can inspect the set in person before taking it home.
